An Introduce About Simple Spanish Rice Recipe

You will need:
Chicken broth (1 cup)
Tomato sauce (1cup)
Bacon (6 slices)
Onions (2, diced)
White rice (1 cup)
Green bell pepper (2, diced)
Chili powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Black olives (1 can or 10 ounce, drained if wanted)
Kernel Corn (1 can or 10 ounce, drained if wanted)
How to do it:
First take a small saucepan and have it over medium heat, in here you will combine the chicken broth and tomato sauce, this mix will have to come to a boiling point, however meanwhile this happens take another skillet and cook the bacon until it’s evenly browned, now that you have the bacon set it aside and chopped in small pieces. Do not waste the fat that was left from the bacon, in here add the onion and sauté until it’s tender. In here you will have to stir the rice and cook until it reaches a slightly brown color, this will be in a period of 3 to 5 minutes. By this point the chicken and tomato mix are boiling; add them while boiling and also add the diced tomatoes, green peppers and the chopped bacon, now to finish this preparations season everything with chili powder, salt and pepper, have it all cover and keep in the fire during 30 to 40 minutes, now you can finish by adding the black olives and corn.

Igado: a very popular North Philippines recipe, it is prepared from pork tenderloin and pig’s innards like liver and heart. While making the igado, it is very important that the ingredients such as liver and heart should be clean. And if the kidney is used, then you should soak it in salt water for atleast 15 minutes after slicing them.This will reduce the odor.
Bulalo: a light colored soup prepared mostly with beef shanks and beef marrow. Seasoning plays the key role in the making bulalo. You can use patis, bay leaves or even garlic along with the salt and pepper. Bulalo is a simple cattleman’s stew, best made in a large cauldron with whatever vegetables are growing near by.
Dinengdeng: being a famous Ilocano dish, it mainly consists of vegetables such as jute leaves, the leaves of the horseradish tree, fruits of the bitter melon, amaranth leaves, sweet potato tubers or leaves, mushrooms like oyster mushrooms along with wild potatoes.
Insarabasab: it is an authentic pork Filipino recipe which has been originated from the Province of Ilocos. While preparing the dish, pork has to be roasted on open fire until the pink color of the meat gets removed.
Pinipig Crunch: this is very similar to puffed rice or rice krispies- something similar to what you get in a bar of Nestle Crunch. It is made from an exclusive kind of rice.

Rice Kheer or Payasam is a sweet dish is mostly made with sugar or Jaggery and milk. The main ingredients can be changed according to the occasion in the Rice Kheer recipe. Most of the Indians make Kheer during the festive time to offer it to Indian Gods.

Ingredients for Rice Kheer
The following are typical ingredients of Rice Kheer:
• 250 gms Basmati Rice
• 3 liter of Milk
• Jaggery or Sugar (optional) as per taste (it is a sweet dish)
• ½ tsp Green Cardamom or Elaichi
• ½ cup of Raisins and Cashew Nut fried in ghee
• One pinch of saffron powder (optional)
Preparation Method for Rice Kheer
Here is step by step method for food preparation of Indian Rice Kheer
1.Take thick bottom bowls wash the rice in water, and then boil it with milk in low flame.
2.Add the cardamom powder.
Stir continuously otherwise the milk will get burned at the base of the pan.
3.When the rice is completely boiled, add jaggery or sugar and mix it consistently.
4.If you like, you may add saffron to it (it is not compulsory, it is used only to color the Kheer, and otherwise taste remains same)
5.Your Kheer is prepared now.
6.Garnish with fried (in ghee) raisins and cashew nut to the preparation.
7.You may serve it hot or put it in refrigerator to serve later.
